For several years now, the veterinary industry has struggled to meet patient needs due to a lack of veterinary professionals. It has become harder than ever to ensure that all our patients are seen in a timely manner. It is for this reason that we have our cancellation policy in place, so that no appointment slots go unfilled and as many pets as possible are seen and helped.
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is much less likely to be filled. After 2 appointment cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to leave a $25 deposit to book your next appointments until further notice.
We understand that emergencies happen and there are variables out of everyone's control, which is why we allow for 2 cancellations. In an effort to support our clients and patients, we find it necessary to implement this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
