When Veterinary Visits Get Canceled
Our Cancellation Policy
EXISTING CLIENTS
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is much less likely to be filled. After 2 appointment cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to leave a $25 deposit to book your next appointments until further notice. This same policy applies when you do not show up to your scheduled appointment.
We understand that emergencies happen and there are variables out of everyone’s control, which is why we allow for 2 cancellations/no-shows. In an effort to support our clients and patients, we find it necessary to implement this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
NEW CLIENTS:
If you no-show to your first appointment with us, you will be required to leave a $25 deposit to reschedule the appointment. If you no-show again, you will not be allowed to rebook another appointment with our clinic.
