Meg started in veterinary medicine as an office assistant at age 15 and has three decades of experience working in practices throughout New York State. Today, as Hospital Administrator, she works closely with the management team to support clinic operations, staff development, and the overall success of Cicero Animal Clinic.

Meg is a strong believer in teamwork, collaboration, and creating an environment where every team member’s skills and ideas are valued. She is an active member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) and is one of the few managers in New York State to earn the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential.

When she’s not at the clinic, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband Rob, her daughter Faye, twin sons Jimmy and Toby, and their cats.

Carrie

Practice Manger
Licensed Veterinary Technician

Carrie graduated from SUNY-ESF in 2014 with a degree in Conservation Biology and has always been passionate about caring for animals. She began her career as a zookeeper before discovering her passion for veterinary medicine. Carrie joined Cicero Animal Clinic in 2016 as a veterinary assistant while pursuing her Veterinary Technology degree through online study. After graduating and successfully passing her state boards, she became a Licensed Veterinary Technician and quickly established herself as a knowledgeable, dedicated, and valued member of the team.

Throughout her time at CAC, Carrie has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, serving as Shift Manager and helping ensure the clinic operates smoothly each day. Her commitment to patient care, team development, and clinic excellence has now earned her the role of Practice Manager. In this position, Carrie works closely with the hospital leadership team to support staff, enhance client and patient experiences, and help guide the continued success of the clinic.
