Hospital Administrator
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager
From starting as an office assistant at the age of 15 to being a Practice Manager, Meg has worked in veterinary medicine in multiple aspects across the state for over 22 years. Meg manages all aspects of the clinic, from client and patient care to business. Meg believes that every employee (no matter their position) has skills and knowledge critical to successful customer service and patient care. With this in mind, Meg and our management team empower and collaborate with each team member to continually evolve and progress our clinic. She is a strong believer in leadership and teamwork over traditional management.
Meg is an active member of the VHMA (Veterinary Hospital Managers Association) and attends and devours every bit of continuing education that she can. She is one of the few Practice Managers in New York State who has earned the credentials of “CVPM” for Certified Veterinary Practice Manager through the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. These credentials are awarded after extensive education, experience, and testing. Meg also enjoys writing about the veterinary industry. She has been published in several veterinary publications and is a regular blogger on www.vetsuccess.com.
In her very little free time, Meg spends time with her husband Rob, her daughter Faye, twin boys Jimmy and Toby, and their cats.
